Fair Use Policy

Purpose

This policy ensures reliable service for all customers and protects the platform from abuse. It applies to all Specsor plans and features.

Plan limits (recap)

• Starter: 4 Project Specifications/month; 15,000 AI credits/month.
• Pro: 10 Project Specifications/month; 30,000 AI credits/month.
• Ultimate: Unlimited* specifications; 70,000 AI credits/month.
• Enterprise: Unlimited* specifications; 160,000 AI credits/month.

* "Unlimited" refers to the number of specifications and remains subject to this Policy and technical limits. Generation still consumes AI credits.

Reasonable, non‑abusive use

Use must be consistent with typical human/team workflows. The following may trigger throttling or review:

• Sustained generation patterns that materially exceed plan norms (e.g., perpetual 24/7 automation).
• Programmatic or scripted access without a documented API or in breach of rate limits.
• Bypassing quotas, multi‑accounting, or sharing credentials across unrelated entities.
• Workloads that degrade platform stability (extreme batch jobs, mass regeneration loops).

Technical limits

We may apply per‑minute/hour/day caps, queuing, and concurrency limits that can change over time. Current effective limits are displayed in‑product; enterprise caps may be customized by agreement.

Enforcement

1. Soft limits → warnings or temporary throttling.
2. Ongoing issues → suspension until usage is reduced, the plan is upgraded, or an add‑on is purchased.
3. Egregious abuse → immediate suspension/termination as allowed by the Terms.

Appeals & adjustments

If you believe we've throttled you in error, contact [email protected]. We may adjust thresholds for legitimate workloads (time‑boxed sprints, demos, academic use).
